Sandro Serio fuses German Efficiency with an Italian Joy of Life. Often found at the intersection where business professionals meet creatives.
He is an operative experienced strategist -- skilled in both, the "doing" and the "thinking" aspects of achieving customer, project and organisational goals -- energised by connecting people to exchange knowledge and ideas.
Sandro accumulated 25 years of operational experience in delivering events and brand campaigns, and developing engagement strategies across the globe in Europe, Australia, Canada, China, Russia and the Middle East countries.
He's a customer journey enthusiast with a drive to optimise brand touch point experiences. A strong believer in the power of authentic marketing along a 360 project co_creation approach. Proficient in building enterprise, information and solution architectures for environments where curiosity, integrity, and accountability are seen essential for achieving service excellence.
Sandro is convinced that a value driven vision and smooth workflows enable environments of innovation which attract and equip teams and organisations for performance success and deliver quality customer experiences.
Previous colleagues called him a constant innovator, a fixer who makes impossible projects happen and a great leader who champions team success and has always time for mentorship.
Sandro calls Narrm/Melbourne home - for now... Originally attracted by the city's vibrant live music and creative scene, excellent surf along the coast lines and invigorating hikes in the nearby mountains.
